Refund policy

No item may be returned without prior authorization from LJ Distributing. We may take back certain items at our sole discretion within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase. To request a return, contact us at orders@ljdistributing.com and list the item(s) and state the reason for the return request. A restocking fee of 15% will apply for each item being returned. LJ Distributing will credit the Buyer's account the refunded amount to be used for a future purchase. Buyer will pay for all shipping and transportation costs associated with returning the item(s) to LJ Distributing.
